A menagerie of animals, real and imagined, will fill swell gallery throughout the month of March.

Dundee native turned Art Institute Lecturer, Erin Cramer, sculpts her critters from handmade paper pulp, using things like flax, hemp, cotton, abaca, kozo, recycled clothing, and recycled scrap papers.

Of her work, Erin has said "Handmade paper’s seductive versatility allows me to create lightweight works of art that look like they are made out of anything from concrete to skin. My hope is to engage viewers through approachable art that will spark a curiosity of the mystery and playfulness of the natural world."

Artist's Reception: Friday, March 9 from 6-8pm. Erin will give a short talk about her work at 7pm.

Open: Saturdays & Sunday, March 10-25 from 1-5pm. Erin will be in the gallery every Sunday to chat and answer questions.
